Terms & Conditions of Participation

1. General Conditions of Participation

By purchasing a ticket or participating in any of our events (Bar Crawl or any related activity), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply whether your booking was made online, in-person, or through a third-party platform (e.g. Instagram, SumUp, Stripe, etc.).

2. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our top priority.

We're committed to creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for everyone who joins our events.

Please note:

Our events involve multiple venues and alcohol consumption. We encourage all participants to stay hydrated, eat beforehand, and know their limits.
French Riviera Experience (Nice Bar Crawl) and its staff cannot be held responsible for any alcohol-related injuries, illnesses, or incidents.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and the choices you make throughout the event.

3. Identification

All participants must be 18+ years old and carry a valid government-issued ID or passport.
Venues may deny entry without proper ID; this is outside of our control and will not qualify for a refund.

4. Behaviour & Expulsion Rights

We reserve the absolute right to expel any participant at any point during the event for rude, aggressive, unsafe, or otherwise unacceptable behavior.
Expulsion decisions are made at the sole discretion of the event staff.
No refunds will be issued in cases of expulsion due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior.

5. Liability Disclaimer

French Riviera Experience is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage to property, or accident that may occur during the event.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
We do not accept liability for items lost, damaged, or stolen during the crawl or boat party.
If a participant causes damage to any of our partner venues or their property, they will be held financially responsible and must cover the full cost of the damage.
We are not liable for how much alcohol guests consume. We strongly recommend drinking responsibly and in moderation. Excessive drinking may lead to serious health consequences.

6. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to make last-minute changes to venues, start times, or activities if required by our partners, local regulations, or for safety reasons.
In the event of severe weather, safety concerns, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), we will offer a reschedule or partial refund depending on the situation, but cannot guarantee full refunds.

7. Refund Policy

Full refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event start time.
After this window, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We offer a 100% Fun Guarantee — if you're not enjoying yourself on the night, you can request a full refund directly from our team during the event.
Refund requests made after the event has ended will not be accepted under this policy.
Promotional bookings (e.g. early bird tickets, discounted sales, influencer codes) are excluded from the 100% Fun Guarantee and are non-refundable.

8. Use of Media

By participating, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by French Riviera Experience.
If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify a team member at the beginning of the event.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your participation in our events shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
